Our Concept and Vision:
We are licensed NYC General Vendors. We want to make a classy stand that will be known to all Brooklyn Nets fans and beyond. Everyone going to games and in Brooklyn will know DadaLu and ther official Mitchell and Ness gear. Advertising and marketing will also be our strength with not only fans, but street traffic who will see us coming from Atlantic, Flatbush, and 4th Avenue (as we are at the intersection of all three). The stand will create attention and will not only be used for selling but also to advertise. While we are on the "streets", everything will be done professional and official. Other stadiums have unique stands with official gear outside of it, whey can't NY?
About Us:
David Kovacic (Dada) is a Veteran who is currently at LIU studying Sports. Elias "Lou" Karis (Lu) is a Baruch College graduate who majored in Finance and a D3 All Metropolitan Basketball player. We are both born in Brooklyn and love basketball. We are both excited about the Brooklyn Nets, and our overall concept.
Our Business:
Sole Proprietor (operating under David Kovacic). We have an EIN, a DBA called "DadaLu", Sales Tax certificate of Authority, and a General Vender license. Note, the current waiting period for a NYC General License is 30 years. It is worth some kind of value.
